Complex Software. Because AccountingWare® software is complex computer software, its performance will vary depending on Customer’s hardware platform, software interactions, the configuration of the software, and other factors. The software is neither fault tolerant nor free from errors, conflicts, or interruptions. Bots and third-party interfaces are considered open source software for ActivityHD licensed companies and users. Customer may freely access, modify, and distribute the code that has been created for them, so long as AccountingWare® has not explicitly identified the code as intellectual property belonging to AccountingWare®.
