Common use of COMPLIANCE AND MONITORING Clause in Contracts

COMPLIANCE AND MONITORING. (1) Local Intellectual and Development Disability Authority (“LIDDA”) must comply with the LIDDA handbook. (2) A LIDDA must maintain an up-to-date interest list of applicants interested in receiving HCS or TxHmL Program services for whom the LIDDA is the applicant’s designated LIDDA in HHSC data system in accordance with 40 Tex. Admin. Code, Chapter 9, Subchapter D, Rule §9.157(a) and 40 Tex. Admin. Code, Chapter 9, Subchapter N, Rule §9.566(a). (3) LIDDA must monitor and review pertinent XPTR reports (i.e., HC027880.W, HC027882.W, HC027883.M, and HC027884.W) to ensure compliance with the outcome targets for biennial contacts as required in the Performance Measures and Outcome Targets.
