Common use of Compliance Documentation Clause in Contracts

Compliance Documentation. Subrecipient shall provide City with all Environmental Documents and any other documents required by law or this Agreement for construction of any and all Improvements, within fourteen (14) calendar days after Notice from City, unless otherwise specified in the Notice from City. Subrecipient shall also provide written documentation to the satisfaction of City of Subrecipient’s legal authority to construct all Improvements in accordance with this Agreement.
