Operating Manual Clause Samples
An Operating Manual clause defines the requirement for the creation, maintenance, and use of a document that outlines the procedures, standards, and protocols for operating a business, project, or asset. This clause typically specifies who is responsible for preparing and updating the manual, what topics it must cover (such as safety procedures, maintenance schedules, or reporting requirements), and how it should be distributed or made accessible to relevant parties. Its core practical function is to ensure consistency, safety, and efficiency in operations by providing clear, standardized guidance to all involved stakeholders.
