Compliance with all Rules and Regulations. I agree to abide by CLE’s policies and agree to comply with all instructions of the guide, instructor, or staff in connection with participation in the Activity, and failure to follow such directions shall be grounds for termination of my privilege to participate in the Activities without reimbursement or cancelation of fees paid or owed. I understand that the use or possession of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited before and during the Activities and will be grounds for immediate removal from the Activities without reimbursement of fees paid or owed. I agree that if in the judgment of my instructor and/or guide, he/she must call for assistance during the trip due to my noncompliance with his/her instructions or CLEs policies that I accept responsibility for paying any associated rescue and transportation costs.

Compliance with all Rules and Regulations. (a) Airline shall obey all Airport rules and regulations governing the conduct and operations of the Airport, promulgated from time to time by City, provided, however, that such Airport rules and regulations must not be inconsistent with the rules and regulations or orders of any Federal or State agency having jurisdiction over the Airport. Except in cases of emergency, no such rule or regulation shall be applicable to Airline unless it has been given fifteen (15) days prior written notice of the adoption thereof. (b) Upon written request of Airline, City shall supply Airline with a copy of City's current Airport rules and regulations.
