Common use of Compliance with Code of Business Conduct Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Code of Business Conduct. In conjunction therewith, Contractor, Subcontractors and their respective agents and employees, upon request by Exelon, shall complete a Certification of Compliance in a form provided by Exelon.
