Standards for Performance. The Contractor shall perform the tasks/activities and complete the objectives in accordance with the following standards: A. The Contractor agrees to provide the services incorporated into this Agreement, and further agrees to comply with Authority/HUD Policies and Service Guidelines subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Contractor further agrees to comply with existing agreements administered by the Authority’s Housing Initiatives Division. B. Be an adopter and provide services in accordance with the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling. C. Have the ability to report activity and accomplishments using a HUD 9902, upload information into MATT 2.0 including HEP Time and Activity Reports, as well as documents (e.g. invoices) in accordance with Authority/HUD requirements.

TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE IN COMPLETING WORK BY A MILESTONE DATE. Delays or possible delays in performance of the Work or in the completion of Milestone Dates shall be reported within five (5) days after Contractor’s discovery thereof to Buyer. Contractor shall take all necessary steps, at no additional cost to Buyer, to recover delays in the Project Schedule. ▇▇▇▇▇ and other contractors retained by ▇▇▇▇▇ may be performing work directly or indirectly affected by Contractor’s Project Schedule, and Contractor agrees to use best efforts in cooperating with other contractors to support ▇▇▇▇▇’s overall operations schedules. However, if a delay in the Services Schedule is due either to (i) Exelon’s failure to provide accurate information on which Contractor relied in the performance of its Services, or (ii) Exelon’s failure to provide Contractor with timely access to information, locations and personnel reasonably necessary for the performance of the Services, then Contractor may, at its sole discretion, agree to re-perform the Services at Exelon’s expense.
