COMPLIANCE WITH ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. I represent, warrant and covenant, as of the Date of this Agreement and as of each date that an invoice for Services or related expenses is submitted to Society, as follows.   • Ethical Business Practices The Contractor shall work in partnership with the State to ensure a successful and valuable contract, and ethical practices are required of State employees, Contractors, and all parties representing the Contractor.
