Compliance with Laws; Use Limitation. (a) Role of the Parties. As between Copper and Customer, Customer is the Data Controller of Customer Personal Information, and Copper will Process Customer Personal Information only as a Data Processor acting on behalf of Customer. The subject-matter and duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, the types of Customer Personal Information and categories of Data Subjects Processed, and the obligations and rights of Customer as Data Controller under this DPA are further specified in Annex A to this DPA.
