Compliance with Safety Codes of Practice. (a) All safety related Codes of Practice relevant to the conduct of work shall be complied with. (b) As part of the Employer’s training program, all Employees shall be properly trained to ensure the Employer’s compliance with such Codes of Practice, in particular, the Code of Practice for Safe Electrical Work.
