Compliance with SIR. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Utility shall be required to interconnect the Unit to the Utility’s system, for purposes of parallel operation, if the Utility accepts the Unit as in compliance with the SIR. The Customer shall have a continuing obligation to maintain and operate the Unit in compliance with the SIR.
