Component Disposal Sample Clauses

The Component Disposal clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities for disposing of components, materials, or equipment that are no longer needed or have reached the end of their useful life. Typically, this clause specifies who is responsible for removal, the methods of disposal (such as recycling, resale, or destruction), and any compliance requirements with environmental or legal standards.
