COMPONENT WARRANTIES Sample Clauses
The COMPONENT WARRANTIES clause defines the guarantees provided by a party regarding the quality, performance, or condition of specific components supplied under a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the duration of the warranty, the types of defects or failures covered, and the remedies available, such as repair, replacement, or refund, if a component does not meet the agreed standards. Its core practical function is to allocate risk and responsibility for defective components, ensuring that the buyer receives components that meet the required specifications and providing recourse if issues arise.
