These include low-income, intact families, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ 23 families, and/or families in the process of reunification (hereinafter 24 referred to as “PARTICIPANTS” for purposes of Subparagraph 4.1). 25 4.1.3 FACES, in coordination with Family Resource Center (FRC) 26 partners, shall jointly provide Comprehensive Case Management Team services 27 for a minimum of one hundred (100) unduplicated PARTICIPANTS.
