Computer Equipment Clause Samples

The Computer Equipment clause defines the responsibilities and terms related to the provision, use, and maintenance of computer hardware and related devices within an agreement. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for supplying the necessary equipment, outlines standards for acceptable use, and may address issues such as repair, replacement, or return of equipment at the end of the contract. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of their obligations regarding computer equipment, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring smooth operation of technology-dependent services.
