Computer Monitors. No pregnant employee shall be required to work for extended periods of time, against her wishes, before a computer monitor. Upon written request, accompanied by receipt of a written statement from a legally qualified medical practitioner certifying the pregnancy and expected date of birth, the Employer will endeavor to reorganize the duties of the position such that the use of a computer monitor is minimized.
