Rest Breaks Sample Clauses

The Rest Breaks clause establishes the right of employees to take designated periods of rest during their working hours. Typically, this clause outlines the duration and frequency of breaks, such as a 15-minute break every four hours or a lunch break after a set number of hours worked, and may specify whether these breaks are paid or unpaid. Its core practical function is to ensure employee well-being and compliance with labor regulations by mandating regular intervals for rest, thereby reducing fatigue and promoting productivity.
