Common use of Computer Room Clause in Contracts

Computer Room. As part of Lessor’s Improvements, Lessor shall provide access to and electricity and air conditioning for a +800 square foot computer room by no later than October 23, 1999. Additional improvements to the computer room to be provided by Lessor by such date are outlined on Exhibit “H”.
