Computer Work Stations. A. The State shall provide instruction in the proper operation and adjustment of computers and workstation equipment. Both parties will encourage employees to properly use computer equipment. B. The State shall take action as it deems necessary to make the following equipment available to all employees that use computers: 1. Glare screens; 2. Document holders; 3. Adjustable chairs; 4. Adjustable keyboards, computer tables and supports; 5. Foot and wrist rests; 6. Telephone headset. Additionally, the State shall take action as it deems necessary to mitigate glare from the workplace, such as, rearrangements of the work stations to avoid glare on monitors and on terminal screens from windows and ceiling luminaries, or providing other measures to reduce the glare from light sources.
