Concurrent Leave. (i) If an Employee who shares responsibility for the care and supervision of a child takes unpaid parental leave under this Clause, they can take unpaid parental leave during the same time that their partner takes unpaid parental leave (concurrent leave). (ii) The concurrent leave— (a) must not be longer than 8 weeks in total; and (b) can be taken in separate periods but, unless the Employer agrees, each period must not be shorter than 2 weeks.
