Concurrent Transaction Sample Clauses
A Concurrent Transaction clause defines the rules and procedures for handling situations where multiple transactions involving the same subject matter or parties occur simultaneously. This clause typically outlines how priorities are determined between competing transactions, such as which transaction takes precedence or how conflicts are resolved. For example, it may specify that the first transaction to be executed or registered will have priority over subsequent ones. The core function of this clause is to prevent disputes and provide clarity in cases where overlapping transactions could otherwise create uncertainty or conflicting obligations.
