Condition of Construction. As of the Commencement Date, Landlord represents and warrants that the Building and the Tenant Improvements, to the extent that such were constructed by or caused to be constructed by Landlord, are in compliance with all applicable laws, statutes and ordinances, which includes ADA (as hereinafter defined), and shall be in good working order and repair.
