Condition of Use Sample Clauses
The Condition of Use clause defines the specific requirements and limitations governing how a product, service, or property may be used by the recipient. It typically outlines acceptable and prohibited uses, such as restricting commercial exploitation, mandating compliance with laws, or specifying operational guidelines. By clearly setting these boundaries, the clause helps prevent misuse, ensures the product or service is used as intended, and protects the interests of the provider.
