Conditional Acceptance. If a Coach does not meet all requirements for Acceptance, the SFMTA may, at its exclusive option, “conditionally accept” the Coach and place it into revenue service, pending receipt of Contractor-furnished materials and/or labor necessary to effectuate corrective action for Acceptance. For any Conditionally Accepted Vehicle, payments shall be made as provided in Section 3.3.1 above.
