Additional Testing Clause Samples
The "Additional Testing" clause establishes the right or obligation for one party to conduct further tests or inspections beyond those initially agreed upon. In practice, this may allow a buyer to request extra quality checks on delivered goods, or enable a client to require further performance testing of a service or product before final acceptance. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the delivered goods or services meet all required standards and specifications, thereby reducing the risk of defects or non-compliance.
