Additional Tests definition

Additional Tests shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.4.1.
Additional Tests has the meaning set forth in the “Acceptance Test Procedures” Exhibit.

  • Additional Term means that term commencing on the last day of the Basic Term and terminating one (1) year thereafter.
