Unless otherwise agreed Clause Samples
The "Unless otherwise agreed" clause establishes that the terms specified in the contract will apply by default, but the parties retain the flexibility to modify these terms through mutual agreement. In practice, this means that if both parties decide to handle a particular situation differently than what is stated in the contract, their new agreement will take precedence. This clause ensures adaptability within the contract, allowing the parties to address unforeseen circumstances or changing needs without breaching the original terms.
