Common use of Conditions of Operation Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Operation. The Customer hereby recognises that fluctuations in bandwidth and contingencies affecting the access provider are elements that could lead to discontinuity of the services offered by the company GEHTZ, and which lie outside its technical means. Furthermore, the Service will be automatically restricted, limited or suspended by GEHTZ:  if the Customer appears to be using the Services provided to him for any activity that does not comply with these General Conditions;  if GEHTZ receives notification to this effect from a competent authority, administration, arbitration tribunal or court in accordance with applicable laws, or from a third party where it appears that the nature of the activity is illegal or of a nature that may invoke the liability of GEHTZ;  If the contact details listed in the Customer's account appear to be false, inaccurate or not up-to-date.
