Common use of Conditions of Payment Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Payment. All services provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this contract shall be performed to the satisfaction of the STATE, as determined at the sole discretion of its authorized representative, and in accord with the CONTRACTOR'S duties set forth in Section I of this contract and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. CONTRACTOR shall not receive payment for work found by the STATE to be unsatisfactory, or performed in violation of federal, state or local law, ordinance, rule or regulation.

The CONTRACTOR shall not receive payment for work found by the MINNESOTA STATE to be unsatisfactory, or performed in violation of federal, state or local law, ordinance, rule or regulation.

All services provided by CONTRACTOR GRANTEE pursuant to this contract Contract shall be performed to the satisfaction of the STATE, as determined at the sole discretion of its authorized representative, and in accord with the CONTRACTOR'S duties set forth in Section I of this contract and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulationsregulations including business registration requirements of the Office of the Secretary of State. CONTRACTOR GRANTEE shall not receive payment for work found by the STATE to be unsatisfactory, or performed in violation of federal, state or local law, ordinance, rule or regulation.
