Conditions of subcontracts. (a) The Participant must not submit to Synergy separate sub-Bids or separate comments on the Bid Event emanating from manufacturers or suppliers, or conditions which are restricted to the guarantees obtained from a subcontractor or supplier, except where proprietary brands are specified by Synergy.
