Common use of Conditions of Warranty Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Warranty. The warranties set forth in Clause 7a and the remedy for non-conformities set forth in Clause 7b shall be subject to such conditions and additional terms, if any, as may be set forth in the applicable Work Order.
