Common use of Conditions Required of Transmission Customers Clause in Contracts

Conditions Required of Transmission Customers. The Transmission Provider shall provide Point-to-Point Transmission Service only if the following conditions are met by the Transmission Customer: a. The Transmission Customer has submitted a Completed Application for service; b. The Transmission Customer meets the creditworthiness criteria set forth in Section 11; c. The Transmission Customer shall have arrangements in place for any other Transmission Service necessary to effect delivery from the generating facility to the Transmission Provider prior to the time service under Part II herein commences; d. The Transmission Customer agrees to pay for any Network Upgrade chargeable to such Transmission Customer under Part II herein, whether or not the Transmission Customer takes service for the full term of its reservation; and e. The Transmission Customer has executed a Point-to-Point Service Agreement.

Conditions Required of Transmission Customers. The Transmission Provider shall provide Point-toTo-Point Transmission Service shall be provided by the Transmission Provider only if the following conditions are met satisfied by the Transmission Customer: a. The Transmission Customer has submitted pending a Completed Application for service; b. The Transmission Customer meets the creditworthiness criteria set forth in Section 11; c. The Transmission Customer shall will have arrangements in place for any other Transmission Service transmission service necessary to effect the delivery from the generating facility source to the Transmission Provider prior to the time service under Part II herein of the Tariff commences; d. The Transmission Customer agrees to pay for any Network Upgrade facilities constructed and chargeable to such Transmission Customer under Part II hereinof the Tariff, whether or not the Transmission Customer takes service for the full term of its reservation; and e. The Transmission Customer has executed a Point-toTo-Point Service AgreementAgreement or has agreed to receive service pursuant to Section 15.3.
