Interconnection Customer Sample Clauses
The "Interconnection Customer" clause defines the party responsible for requesting and maintaining a connection to a utility's transmission or distribution system. Interconnection Customer. Any entity, including the Transmission Owner or any of the affiliates or subsidiaries, that proposes to interconnect its Small Generating Facility with the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System.
Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None
(2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.
Interconnection Customer. An Interconnection Customer that elects to interconnect pursuant to Option (A) as set forth in Section 7.2 of the GIDAP.
Interconnection Customer. An Interconnection Customer that elects to interconnect pursuant to Option (B) as set forth in Section 7.2 of the GIDAP. Party or Parties – The Participating TO, CAISO, Interconnection Customer or the applicable combination of the above. Phased Generating Facility – A Small Generating Facility that is structured to be completed and to achieve Commercial Operation in two or more successive sequences that are specified in this SGIA, such that each sequence comprises a portion of the total megawatt generation capacity of the entire Small Generating Facility.
Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities:
1. One (1) fully rated 34.5 kV circuit breaker on the high side of AC1-039 step-up transformer.
2. The required Interconnected Transmission Owner generation interconnection relaying and control facilities.
3. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) equipment.
4. The establishment of dedicated communication circuits for SCADA.
(2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None. Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

a) One (1) 230 kV circuit breaker, and
b) One (1) 230 kV generator lead line beginning at the high side of the collector substation transformer and extending to the point of change of ownership with Interconnected Transmission Owner.
(2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.
Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115/34.5/13.8 kV wye ground/wye ground/delta main power transformer with a rating of 53/70.5/88 MVA; • One (1) 115 kV circuit breaker; and • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.
(2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.
Interconnection Customer and Transmission Owner agree to report to each other in writing as soon as practical all accidents or occurrences resulting in injuries to any person, including death, and any property damage arising out of this Agreement.
Interconnection Customer is responsible for ensuring that its actual Facility output matches the scheduled delivery from the Facility to the New York State Transmission System, consistent with the scheduling requirements of the NYISO’s FERC-approved market structure, including ramping into and out of such scheduled delivery, as measured at the Point of Interconnection, consistent with the scheduling requirements of the ISO OATT and any applicable FERC-approved market structure.
