Conduct and Purpose of SPSR. The SPSR shall be conducted in accordance with the terms of this Article 9 and Section 2.4.9 of Exhibit A, Statement of Work. The purpose of the SPSR with respect to the Satellite shall be to: (i) review test data and analyses for the Satellite; (ii) demonstrate all testing has been completed in accordance with Exhibit D, Satellite Program Test Plan; and (iii) determine whether the Satellite meets applicable Exhibit B, Satellite Performance Specification, requirements (except those that have been waived pursuant to Article 9.1.4 below) and is ready for shipment to the Launch Site.
Conduct and Purpose of SPSR. The purpose of the SPSR shall be to review test data and analyses for each Spacecraft to determine whether such Spacecraft meets the applicable Spacecraft Performance Requirements and is therefore ready for shipment to its Designated Launch Site.

The purpose of the SPSR shall be to: (i) review test data and analyses for the Satellite; (ii) demonstrate to the Purchaser’s satisfaction that any Defects associated with design, workmanship and testing as contained in the Contractor’s standards and other standards which may have been approved by Purchaser, have been corrected; (iii) demonstrate to the Purchaser’s satisfaction that testing has been successfully completed in accordance with the NEXT Space Segment and Space Vehicle Integration and Verification Plan; (iv) determine whether the Satellite meets applicable System Performance Specification or the applicable Performance Specification requirements (except those that have been waived pursuant to Article 9.1.4 below) and is therefore ready for Delivery.
Conduct and Purpose of SPSR. The SPSR shall be conducted in accordance with Section 2.4.5 of the Exhibit A SOW. The purpose of the SPSR shall be to review test data and analyses for the subject SATMEX 8 Satellite to determine whether such SATMEX 8 Satellite meets applicable SATMEX 8 Satellite Performance Specification requirements without non-conformances (provided that any waivers and deviations approved pursuant to Article 9.4 shall not be considered non-conformances) and is therefore ready for shipment to the Launch Site.

If included in Texas construction contracts, such provisions are voidable by a party obligated by the contract or agreement to perform the work. By submission of this proposal, Vendor acknowledges this law and if Vendor enters into a construction contract with a Texas TIPS Member under this procurement, Vendor certifies compliance.

  • Purpose of Evaluation 10.1.1 It is recognized that a system of evaluation is essential to assist Unit Members in developing competency and realizing their potential. It is further recognized that information gathered through such a system will enable decisions that measure a Unit Member’s performance in a just and equitable manner. 10.1.2 The evaluation procedure is a cooperative process designed to: a.   • COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES AND PROCEDURES During the period that Executive is employed with the Company hereunder, Executive shall adhere to the policies and standards of professionalism set forth in the Company’s Policies and Procedures as they may exist from time to time.
