Deliverable Items and Delivery Schedule Sample Clauses

The "Deliverable Items and Delivery Schedule" clause defines what specific products, services, or work outputs (deliverables) must be provided under the contract and sets the deadlines or timeframes for their delivery. Typically, this clause lists each required deliverable, describes its form or content, and assigns a due date or delivery milestone for each item. By clearly outlining both what must be delivered and when, this clause ensures that both parties have a shared understanding of expectations and timelines, reducing the risk of disputes over performance or late delivery.
