Deliverable Items. Deliverable Items. Faroudja shall deliver to Sage the Deliverable Items set forth in Exhibit B relating to each element of the Licensed Technology in the manner and at the times set forth therein and, pursuant to Exhibit B, according to the delivery schedule established by mutual agreement of the Parties and attached to this Agreement. Upon receipt of such Deliverable Items, if Sage determines that the Deliverable Items are insufficient for Sage to implement the Licensed Technology in Licensed Chips, the Parties shall confer in good faith and Faroudja shall promptly provide Sage with any information and materials that the Parties deem necessary for Sage to implement the Licensed Technology in Licensed Chips. Deliverable Items. The Non-Conformance subject to repair or replacement shall be deemed remedied upon successful check-out at the location designated for such component of the GCE in Article 3.1 (Deliverable Items). After the expiration of the period specified above and through the Satellite Stated Life, a failure of the software integrated into such component of the GCE to meet the applicable requirements of this Contract, including the Statement of Work, will, if such failure results in a Satellite Anomaly, be resolved in the response to the Satellite Anomaly pursuant to Article 17.3 (Satellite Non-Conformances and Anomalies) below.
Deliverable Items. In addition to the documents to be delivered according to section 1.3 here above, the documentation and other deliverable items defined in the Applicable Documents under Article 1.2 of the Main Contract shall also be deliverables. All documentation deliverables mentioned therein (including all their constituent parts) shall also be delivered in electronic form in a format agreed by the Agency (PDF format, the native format and in other exchange formats where relevant). All the documentation shall be delivered on computer readable media (e.g. USB key) as agreed with the Agency. All documents shall bear the appropriate copyright notice. In all cases, this shall include the title, ESA contract number, deliverable number, date, status (draft), version and/or revision number. The information shall be repeated consistently in the header or footer of every page.
