Conducting Appointments. Where a Participant has an Appointment with the Provider, the Provider must, in accordance with this Agreement and any Guidelines, meet with the Participant on the date and at the time of the Appointment as recorded in the Electronic Calendar. Reserved. Clause 453 applies to any: Participant (Mutual Obligation); or other Participant as specified in any Guidelines. The Provider must, in accordance with the requirements of the Department’s IT Systems and any Guidelines, record in each Participant’s Electronic Calendar details of all: Mutual Obligation Requirements; and other: Contacts; Activities; job interviews; Employment, if the hours are regular and can reasonably be scheduled by the Provider; Education and Training; drug and/or alcohol treatment; workshops, Training and other activities delivered by the Provider to the Participant; and third party appointments, in which the Participant is engaged to participate in relation to the Program Services. When recording an Engagement, the Provider must also: notify the Participant, in the manner required by the Department’s IT Systems, of: the dates and times recorded by the Provider for the Engagement; and if it is the first time that the Participant will participate in an Engagement of that kind, the evidence required (if any) to confirm their participation in the Engagement; and if the Engagement forms a part of a Participant (Mutual Obligation)’s Mutual Obligation Requirements: notify the Participant, in the manner required by the Department’s IT Systems, of whether the Engagement is: compulsory; or
