Conducting the Inspection for Material Completion Sample Clauses
The 'Conducting the Inspection for Material Completion' clause defines the process by which a project or work is formally reviewed to determine if it has reached a stage of material completion. Typically, this involves a designated party, such as an architect or project manager, performing a thorough inspection of the work to verify that all major components are finished and that only minor, non-critical items remain outstanding. This clause ensures that there is a clear, objective assessment of when the project is substantially complete, which is crucial for triggering subsequent contractual obligations, such as release of payments or commencement of warranty periods.
