Conduit System Clause Samples

The 'Conduit system' clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the installation, maintenance, and use of conduit systems within a property or project. Typically, this clause outlines the standards for materials, placement, and access to conduits, which are used to house and protect electrical wiring, data cables, or other utilities. For example, it may specify that all wiring must be run through approved conduits and that access points must be maintained for inspection or repairs. The core function of this clause is to ensure safety, organization, and compliance with building codes by regulating how utilities are routed and protected within the premises.
