Conferencing Services Clause Samples
The Conferencing Services clause defines the terms under which conferencing solutions, such as audio, video, or web-based meeting platforms, are provided to the client. It typically outlines the scope of services, user access rights, technical support, and any usage limitations or service levels. For example, it may specify the maximum number of participants per meeting or the hours during which support is available. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the conferencing services being delivered, helping to prevent misunderstandings and set expectations regarding service performance and availability.
