Confirmation Letters. To the extent the End Customer Contract consists of a master supply agreement and individual confirmation letters (or similar documents) having definitive start and end dates, and additional terms and conditions pursuant to which the End Customer purchases coal (each hereinafter a “Confirmation Letter”), it is intended by COALSALES II and Patriot that all references to the term End Customer Contract mean and include all Confirmation Letters that are in effect as of the Effective Date of this Agreement. Such Confirmation Letters shall apply to COALSALES II and Patriot in the same manner as an End Customer Contract, and they shall remain in full force and effect until expiration or termination pursuant to their terms. Confirmation Letters entered into between COALSALES II and the End Customer after the Effective Date of this Agreement are expressly excluded from the definition of End Customer Contract and have no application to this Agreement.
Confirmation Letters. At Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received letters, in form and substance acceptable to the Representatives in their sole discretion, from each Selling Shareholder confirming the effectiveness of the powers-of-attorney executed by such Selling Shareholder and ratifying all actions previously taken by the Attorneys-in-Fact in connection with this Agreement.

Confirmation Letters. Seller has previously collected Estoppel Certificates from A-Tenants in excess of the Minimum Number of Estoppels for use in the terminated transaction with DMB/SVP. Notwithstanding anything in this Section 10.2 to the contrary, the parties agree that Seller may use these same Estoppel Certificates in the pending transaction with Buyer without having to update them, subject, however, to the following terms and conditions:
(1) Seller shall obtain a letter (the "Confirmation Letter") dated no earlier than November 11, 1996 from each of the Confirming Tenants (as defined below) confirming to Buyer the accuracy of the Estoppel Certificates previously furnished by the Confirming Tenants.
(2) The Confirmation Letters shall be in form reasonably acceptable to the parties.
Confirmation Letters. School is obligated to timely execute, at Provider’s request, confirmation letters for Assigned Personnel as prepared by Provider (“Confirmation Letters”). The Confirmation Letters will be substantially in the form as attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B. The Parties understand and agree that executed Confirmation Letters are specifically incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement.
