Confirmation of class Sample Clauses

Confirmation of class. A Certificate of Confirmation of Class for hull and machinery confirming that the Vessel is classed with the highest class applicable to vessels of its type with Det Norske Veritas or such other classification society as may be acceptable to the Agent.

Confirmation of class. The Agent shall have received satisfactory confirmation of class certificate for the Rigs from the American Bureau of Shipping dated within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date showing the Rigs to be classified as Maltese Cross A1 Column Stabilized Drilling Units dated within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date;

Confirmation of class. An interim Certificate of Confirmation of Class for hull and machinery confirming that the Newbuilding Vessel is classed with the highest class applicable to Newbuilding Vessels of her type with Lloyd’s Register or such other classification society as may be acceptable to the Agent.

Confirmation of class. On or before September 30, 2014, (i) a copy of the report of the dry dock survey and inspection of the Vessel by the ABS scheduled in August 2014, (ii) an updated confirmation of class certificate issued for the Vessel by the ABS free of any overdue items or outstanding recommendations affecting class, (iii) copies of all class certificates issued for the Vessel by the ABS endorsed to show completion of all surveys due for the Vessel in August or September 2014, and (iv) copies of all ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands regulatory certificates with expiry dates in September 2014 showing the renewal of such certificates; and

Confirmation of class. A Certificate of Confirmation of Class for hull and machinery confirming that that Tasman Collateral Vessel (other than the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Vessel, the Barentsz Vessel and the Drake Vessel) is classed with the highest class applicable to vessels of her type with Lloyd’s Register or such other classification society as may be acceptable to the Agent free of all overdue recommendations;

Confirmation of class. A Certificate of Confirmation of Class for hull and machinery confirming that each Vessel is classed in accordance with the requirements of the relevant Deed of Covenants.

Confirmation of class. The Agent shall have received satisfactory confirmation of class certificate for the Rigs from the American Bureau of Shipping dated within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date showing the Rigs to be classified as indicated on Exhibit 1 attached hereto dated within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date;

Confirmation of class. Save in relation to the vessel IBERVILLE, a Certificate of Confirmation of Class confirming that each Collateral Vessel is classed with the highest class applicable to vessels of her type with a Pre-Approved Classification Society.

Confirmation of class. Within 30 days after the Delivery Date an interim certificate from the Approved Classification Society or such other classification society as may be acceptable to the Lender confirming that the Vessel is classed with the highest Class applicable to vessels of her type free from all overdue recommendations and conditions affecting Class.
