Common use of Confirmation of Deposit Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Deposit. Escrow Agent has executed this Agreement to confirm that Escrow Agent is holding (drafts are subject to collection) and will hold the Deposit in escrow pursuant hereto and shall place all funds received hereunder into an account insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
