Notification of Deposits Sample Clauses
The Notification of Deposits clause requires one party to inform the other when a deposit has been made, typically in the context of a transaction or agreement involving funds held in escrow or as security. This notification may include details such as the amount deposited, the date, and the account or reference number, ensuring both parties are aware of the transaction's progress. Its core function is to provide transparency and confirmation regarding the handling of deposits, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes about whether and when funds have been transferred.
