Conflict and Dispute Resolution Process. Section 5.01. Disputes and conflicts under this Agreement. This process shall apply to conflicts and disputes relating to matters subject to this Agreement, or conflicts arising from the performance of this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in this Article 5, only representatives of the agencies with conflicts or disputes shall engage in conflict resolution.
