Conflict Resolution Procedures. Any Leadership Association member, who feels they have a just cause for complaint, shall follow the procedures outlined below. 1. Employee may request and shall be given an informal hearing by their supervisor to discuss adjustment of the matter of concern. 2. If step one does not result in a satisfactory judgment, both parties shall submit their case in writing to the College President or impartial designee for a determination which shall be final and binding on all parties.
