Conflict Resolution Procedures. 1. In the event Plaintiffs believe Defendants have failed to comply with the terms of this Agreement, Plaintiffs shall raise the issue via written notice to Defendants as soon as practicable. 2. Defendants shall meet and confer with Plaintiffs regarding this issue within five (5) business days of the written notification if Defendants decide to detain or remove a Noncitizen Class Member, or else within ten (10) business days of the written notification for all other matters under this Agreement. 3. If the dispute cannot be resolved within five (5) business days for detention and removal matters, or ten (10) business days for all other matters, of the date of the meet and confer, Plaintiffs may move to enforce the terms of this Agreement through a Motion to Enforce, subject to the provisions in Section VI(A).
