Common use of Conflict with Base Indenture Clause in Contracts

Conflict with Base Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Twenty-Fourth Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Twenty-Fourth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Twenty-Fourth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Conflict with Base Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this TwentyThirty-Fourth First Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this TwentyThirty-Fourth First Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this TwentyThirty-Fourth First Supplemental Indenture shall control.

If any provision of this Twenty-Fourth Eighteenth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Twenty-Fourth Eighteenth Supplemental Indenture shall control.
