Conflicts with Laws. To the best of RIRRC’s knowledge, without further investigation, there are no current violations by RIRRC or any Affiliate of RIRRC of any Environmental Laws or Legal Requirements pertaining to the Landfill that will have a Material Adverse Effect on the operation of the Landfill, the Gas Collection Systems, the Condensate Control, Treatment and Disposal System, or the Leachate Control, Treatment and Disposal System.
