Conformed copy of contract. ABP shall produce and send to the Train Operator and to ▇▇▇ a conformed copy of this contract within 28 days of the making of any amendment or modification to it (not including amendments to the Access Sum and the Ancillary Charges in accordance with Clause 9.2).
